Background checked & Drug Screened

Each contractor of the alliance is background checked and drug screened. People with criminal backgrounds or that are using drugs are not necessarily bad people, but they are more likely to make bad choices. We protect our members from those bad choices.

Licensed and Insured

Contractor Alliance checked the license and insurance of each contractor to make sure they are valid and up to date. Because of the ailing economy many who used to work for larger companies are flooding into the remodeling industry. Most do not have valid license or insurance. What happens if they get hurt on your job? You pay!

Accreted BBB Members

Each contractor of the alliance is an accredited member of the BBB.

Pre-Screened

Each Contractor Alliance contractor has been pre-screened. All of our lives we have been told to "get 3 bids". If you are going to get 3 you may as well get 10. It will give you a higher percentage when you roll the dice. We have done your homework for you. First we choose the best of the best! Then we shop them, taking bid's as if we were the customer. Next we select the best contractor, with the best people, and the best price. This insures that our members get the best possible value for there dollar.

2 Strikes And They Are Out!

Integrity is our #1 priority. Contractors line up to be members of the Contractor Alliance. If one of our contractors lies to you or us, they are put on probation. If it happens again, we will replace them.
